Do you offer free shipping?
Yes β Orlena Official offers free domestic shipping on orders over $150 AUD. Orders under that amount incur standard shipping rates.

How long does shipping and delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days. Domestic shipping takes 3β7 business days. International shipping varies by destination and is calculated at checkout.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
Yes β same-day delivery is available for Sydney metro orders placed before 3 PM. Orders are delivered between 3 PMβ11:50 PM (no tracking). Orders placed after 3 PM are delivered the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for change of size or faulty items only. No refunds.

What fabrics do you use and how do I care for them?
Our garments are made from linen, cotton, and jersey. We recommend gentle cold washes and air drying. Delicate items should be treated with care or professionally dry cleaned if needed.
