Do you offer free shipping?
Yes – Orlena Official offers free domestic shipping on orders over $150 AUD. Orders under that amount incur standard shipping rates.
Where are you located and what if I’d like to pick up?
Our pickup address is 5 Powdrill Rd, Prestons, NSW. You're welcome to pick up Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM. Please email info@orlenaofficial.com.au to arrange.
How long does shipping and delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days. Domestic shipping takes 3–7 business days. International shipping varies by destination and is calculated at checkout.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
Yes – same-day delivery is available for Sydney metro orders placed before 3 PM. Orders are delivered between 3 PM–11:50 PM (no tracking). Orders placed after 3 PM are delivered the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
Email info@orlenaofficial.com.au with your order number and reason.
- Items must be unworn and returned within 14 days.
- No refunds/exchanges for headwear, sale items, hygiene products.
- Returns are at customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and more — all securely processed via encrypted payment gateways.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has shipped. You can track it directly on the courier’s site.
What fabrics do you use and how do I care for them?
Our garments are made from linen, cotton, and jersey. We recommend gentle cold washes and air drying. Delicate items should be treated with care or professionally dry cleaned if needed.
How do I choose the right size?

Do you offer gift cards or wholesale?
